Charles founded HERC in 1984. He started with residential HVAC work in the Concord and surrounding areas. Charles used his God given abilities to acquire several North Carolina Licenses including: Electrical, HVAC/Plumbing, Refrigeration, and Backflow Prevention.

Hannah has been working with HERC since August 2017. She manages both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Hannah graduated in May of 2017 with a bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Photography with a double minor in Business Administration and Spanish.
